At Designer Dresses USA & Canada, we take pride in offering exclusive, high-quality products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer exchanges. However, items may be eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of delivery. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

All items are carefully inspected before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. For non-damaged returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. All returned items are inspected upon arrival, and you will be notified by email once the review is complete.

Items purchased on sale, as well as accessories including jewelry, handbags, clutches, footwear, and scarves, are final sale and non-refundable. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
